Hello, my name is Gabriel and I am the creator of Nunu Spirits. I am originally from the U.S. but have been living in Bratislava, Slovakia for something like 12 years. 

I got into crypto back in the early ICO altcoin days, but my heart has always been set on making games. So,. myself and my co-founder, Marian, after working for other studios/projects for many years decided to start our own studio.

it’s a studio that celebrates collaboration and demands collective responsibility for the games we make. We have great culture, a super flat hierarchy, and an extremely high skill level.

is primarily responsible for game production and ensuring all projects meet deliverables and milestones with the utmost quality and on budget. We have a very balanced skill set between the two of us. He is more tech and I more creative based.

Daniel Svonova (CTO)

he is an ex-YouTube engineer who is well versed in the latest tech trends. He is responsible for the continued growth/evolution of our in-house tech stack and provides a deep network for discovering the latest technologies.

Milan Gajdos (Legal/Financial Advisor) 

is responsible for making sure our studio’s vision fits within the framework of all applicable laws and regulations. Milan has worked for VCs and banking institutions where his business savvy was honed into a fine tool to make sure our projects are well protected.

Daniel Radocha (Art Director) 

has been working in the games industry for over 13 years. He enjoys sharing his passion for art by training young artists and experimenting with new technologies. Daniel has recently joined the Tater Games team to lead the art department and is excited to be merging two of his interests, games and crypto.

In total we have 10 developers (artists, programers, designers) working on the project.

Could you tell us more about your experience and your journey so far?  What has been your highest and lowest points?

Building Nunu Spirits from the ground is so much fun. It started as just wanting to play a game and plant some trees. So many people have joined our community and the fact that this project is making connections between gameFi and real world actions means this project is bigger than just planting trees. I am constantly amazed with the growth of this project. 

And the lowest, hmm, this is tricky. We could go back, I guess 3 years ago, when the game was being developed for mobile casual. We had soft launch to test marketing and saw extremely good market response but the gameplay wasn’t syncing with players and we couldn’t find a meaningful way to have our players actually plant trees in the real world so the project was put on hold. But, good things come to those who wait. With the rise in NFT games we found our way to let players participate directly in planting trees.

Games are tricky like that, many good games fail because the timing just isnt right.

Now is clearly a good time for this game. The community support shows it without a doubt

Nunu Spirits merges the joy of casual gaming with the earning capacity of blockchain and turns it into ecological action. 

1. DaoLaunch users get to have fun playing various games in the Nuniverse. (Games not found elsewhere in GameFi. Like cooperative games, party games, and more.)
2. They will be able to collect and trade tokens and NFTs on the market. These NFTs are Fully 3D and can even be printed on home 3d printers. 🌳 And every NFT can become a real tree (they also boost your ability to earn rewards in game)
3. They get to save our forests by planting trees all while playing and earning in the game. Collectively, we can battle the stigma that crypto can’t be green.

You mentioned the market wants what it wants but in this case they want to game and not feel bad about it.

Vesting is 20% at tge 3month cliff then 4.44% for 18 months.

Price is the same across all rounds.

We have a significant reserve for community and ecosystem incentives.

Lot of people ask why same price.

We did this with our partners on Dinox and were really happy with the results. It just feels more…DAO… you know?

thing about NFTs is the utility really comes into its full when you can find use outside the native ecosystem

I think that is the biggest one. Games we have seen so far all seem to rely on ever increasing users.

when you are creating things like trees this have tangible value out side of the game ecosystem

I think it’s really an important step for GameFi.

it doesnt have to be eco actions but that tether is meaninful
