Use & Care
Recommended Dose (Adults aged 18 and older): Take 3 gummies 1 time per day with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Store in a dry area, away from direct light.
Each bag is heat sealed for safety and freshness, but we recommend storing in a glass jar at home, to maintain optimal gummy freshness. Maybe reuse one a jar you already have or find one at a thrift store!

Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 70 mg, Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol from Lichen) 5 mcg (200 IU), Zinc (Zinc Citrate) 3 mg, Echinacea Purpurea Extract (4:1) 25 mg (equivalent to 100 mg Echinacea Purpurea Root), Elderberry Extract (75 :1) 20 mg (equivalent to 1.5 g Elderberry Fruit).

30 day supply: 7.2oz, approximately 90 gummies.
Packaging
The gummies arrive to us in bulk from Canada in these big compostable bags (1 kilogram each – that’s a lot of vitamins!) and then we package them into 30 day supplies and seal them for freshness.
To package them, we use home compostable kraft bags with twist tie tops, made by PBFY. To compost, tear off the twist tie and compost the rest.
Origin
These gummy vitamins are made by Herbaland, a family owned company founded in 2009 not too far from here in BC, Canada. They make delicious vegan gummy vitamins that make it easy to get the proper nutrition you and your family need.
End of life
When you get your order, we recommend transferring the gummies to a glass jar for freshness. Then you can compost the bag – or reuse it! The bags are certified for industrial or backyard composting (we recommend cutting into strips if you’re using a home compost).
