Moisturizing rose and willow facial toner – Eco Collective
A rose and willow toner that offers a surge of moisture boosting properties to help support, soften and revive skin. It aids in softening fine lines and is less astringent than our rosewater toner.
This lovely elixir is full of powerful antioxidants, toning DMAE and clarifying Organic White Willow Bark. The formula can help renew, rejuvenate and smooth your skin, keeping it well hydrated.
Toning is an important step in any serious skin care regime, and it can often be overlooked. Remember – toners help the skin by balancing the pH, minimizing the look of pores, removing residuals missed during cleansing and preparing the skin to receive the serums and moisturizers to come.

Instructions
After cleansing face, apply a moderate amount of toner to a reusable cotton round and gently apply all over the face in upward motions, or mist it directly onto your face. Before toner dries, follow with a serum and moisturizer.
We recommend storing toner in an aluminum spray bottle. You can reuse the spray top when you purchase refills with just a recyclable aluminum cap.
Caution: The rim of the aluminum bottle may be sharp.
