Vitamin E oil – Eco Collective
Vitamin E oil has both a humectant and emollient properties. This means it helps draw moisture to the skin and seals moisture into the skin, while making it smoother and softer. Vitamin E oil is packed with antioxidants which can discourage sebum oxidation, which helps prevent blackheads. We recommend this oil to anyone with dry skin in need or hydration and repair. It is recommended to use it only once a day. We recommend using this at night as it is a very thick oil and takes awhile for the skin to absorb.
Instructions
If you plan on applying directly onto your skin we recommend using it with a carrier oil like jojoba oil or sweet almond oil. One to two drops per ten drops of carrier oil. You may like to add an oil cruet lid when using your mason jar, or purchase the aluminum bottle with the treatment pump for dispensing your oil.
Wash your face and pat dry. Follow your normal skincare routine. Use this oil as your moisturizing step. Applying to fingers and rub in circular motions to stimulate circulation and spread the product over your face as much as possible
We recommend reusing another bottle for dispensing oil, adding an oil cruet attachment to your mason jar, or storing your oil in an aluminum bottle with a treatment pump. Pumps and oil cruet attachments are optional so that you can reuse them with each refill!
If you’re transferring from a mason jar to another container, you may want to use a funnel.
Caution: The rim of the aluminum bottle may be sharp.
